The 12 Tenors
The highly acclaimed '12 Tenors' are once again touring Europe.
For well over a decade 'The 12 Tenors' have performed in Japan, China, South Korea, and in every corner of Europe, and we're thrilled to be starting preparation for this year's tour. An eclectic playlist includes songs such as Bohemian Rhapsody, Nessun Dorma and a Musical Theatre Medley smothered in close harmonies sung by 12 outstanding voices and accompanied by our live band.

Please send a direct link to an 'Unlisted' YouTube Video (or similar) that does not require a password.
A little different from normal but the casting team is in different locations across Europe so we'd prefer not to receive WeTransfer or downloadable links on this occasion.
Please prepare a brief introduction and a 'short' extract of 2 songs that showcase your voice (as a soloist) and also your ability to 'blend' (or sing softer) within a harmony.

Roles
High Tenor - Pop/Rock
A very demanding track - requires someone with incredible vocal health and technique. You'll need the ability to take the lead on songs with Top C's (belt) and a strong rock falsetto is desirable. You must also be able to subtly blend with high/soft harmony lines within the ensemble. You will need to work well within a team and be able to cope with the extreme demands of touring life. You'll have the charisma to be a frontman and the selflessness to allow others to take the limelight. You will have experience working in close harmonies (sight-reading is a bonus but not compulsory). You are passionate about perfecting your own performance and will work in your own time to perfect your harmonies and master the pronunciation of foreign languages. This is not a Bari-Tenor track... You'll be 'floating' anything from an A4 - G5 during harmony work and then you'll step forward and effortlessly belt C5. You'll need great technique to pull this off 6 nights a week so 'High Tenors' only for this one. Please use the other tracks if you're unsure.
Tenor - Classical / Operatic
A very demanding track - requires someone with incredible vocal health and technique. You'll need the ability to take the lead on operatic classics such as 'Nessun Dorma' along with several others in a variety of foreign languages. A sustained 'Top B' is a must (please do not submit Bari-Tenors). You must also be able to subtly blend with high/soft harmony lines within the ensemble. You will need to work well within a team and be able to cope with the extreme demands of touring life. You'll have the charisma to be a frontman and the selflessness to allow others to take the limelight. You will have experience working in close harmonies (sight-reading is a bonus but not compulsory). You are passionate about perfecting your own performance and will work in your own time to perfect your harmonies and master the pronunciation of foreign languages. Please state if you speak multiple languages.
Baritone / Bari-Tenor
A handsome well presented performer with the ability to move well. We're looking for a mixed range of voices for this one. We're open to suggestions with unique sounding voices or really happy to go with pop, classical, or a contemporary musical theatre voice. Lots of character, charisma, and versatility. You must also be able to subtly blend with high/soft harmony lines within the ensemble. You will need to work well within a team and be able to cope with the extreme demands of touring life. You'll have the charisma to be a frontman and the selflessness to allow others to take the limelight. You will have experience working in close harmonies (sight-reading is a bonus but not compulsory). You are passionate about perfecting your own performance and will work in your own time to perfect your harmonies and master the pronunciation of foreign languages. Please state if you speak multiple languages.

You’ll be paid fortnightly at a rate that is above Equity Minimum.
Travel & Accom
The producers will cover all scheduled travel costs outside of the UK, including a return flight from London.
Single room hotel accommodation will be provided
Catering
The producers will pay for breakfast at every hotel and they’ll also provide catering during rehearsals and before each performance.
